Vincent R. Burke, CPA, CLU, CPCU Vincent Burke has extensive experience and highly developed expertise in the U.S. and international insurance industry. He has served a broad spectrum of insurers including Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans; health insurers including managed care organizations, life and annuity companies, property and casualty insurers; title insurance companies; mortgage insurers; long-term care insurers; self-funded insurance programs; Lloyd's syndicates; reinsurers; captive insurance companies; and insurance agents; brokers; and direct marketers. Prior to joining SMART, Vincent was the Chief Financial Officer for Capital Blue Cross in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and served as a Senior Partner with Deloitte & Touche in their New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco offices. During his nearly 30-year tenure at Deloitte & Touche, Vincent served many of the firm's largest insurance clients and was a recognized industry expert on complex accounting. |
