Joseph Colgan, CPA Joe Colgan has an extensive background in audit, accounting, and due diligence for many public and middle market companies. He has over nineteen years of experience, with concentration in the manufacturing and distribution, life science, and printing and publishing industries. Joe performs accounting and auditing services for many of SMART’s clients, as well as managing our Accounting Services group, which provides an array of accounting services to companies from transaction processing to outsourcing the Controller and Chief Financial Officer functions. Joe also provides technical accounting assistance for complex transactions to clients in both the public and private sectors, concentrating primarily on debt and equity issues such as option accounting, accounting for warrants and convertible debt or equity. |
