Adam Grinde has more than 12 years of audit and advisory experience
with both public and private companies. Interacting with the executive
management teams of a variety of companies has provided him a deep
appreciation for the value of exceptional client service. He has particular
expertise working with multinational entities in the manufacturing and
distribution, as well as pharmaceutical sectors. He has recognized
experience with mergers and acquisitions - domestic and international,
research and resolution of complex accounting and disclosure issues,
in addition to significant project management of international tax
restructurings, liquidations, foreign public offerings and agreed-upon
procedures.
