Compliance audits are related to regulatory reports and financial statements as well as contractual terms and conditions. We perform these audits to ensure that our clients have complied with the contract terms and all appropriate laws, regulations and standards. These audits are usually conducted in accordance with the GAO Yellow Book and other contractual or regulatory guidelines.

Examples of Compliance Audits Include:
• Programs and projects funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community    and Economic Development (“DCED”) State and/or Federal pass-through grants.
• “Program-specific” audits of contracts and grants for a specific period of time or total duration
   of the agreements.
• Cost certifications – audit of total construction project costs in accordance with taxing
   jurisdiction and Federal regulatory agencies.
